License

When you buy a font you are buying a license to use the designs, not ownership of the artwork. The license belongs to the buyer. An optional Fontstitch account, a saved favorite, or a cart does not grant that license. Only a completed purchase does. Signing in with email or Google does not let anyone else use the files.

You may embroider with the files for yourself, for gifts, and for items you sell, including small commercial runs of finished goods. You may resize within the sizes the design was digitized for when your software allows it.

You may not resell, share, give away, or upload the design files, the ZIP, or a converted copy of them. You may not use them to make a new font for sale, or claim the lettering as your own digitizing.

The font’s own description does not add a separate license. If a future listing needs a narrower license, that limit will be written on the product page.
