Refunds

These are digital files. A download link is created as soon as PayPal confirms payment, so a change-of-mind refund is not offered once the ZIP has been downloaded.

If the link fails, the ZIP will not open, or the ZIP does not contain the formats named on the product page, write to sales@fontstitch.com. We will replace the file or refund the PayPal payment when the file cannot be delivered.

Before you pay, checkout asks you to agree that the file is supplied immediately and that the 14-day right to cancel ends once that download starts.

You do not need an account to buy, or to ask for a replacement. Signing in, saving a favorite, or leaving fonts in a cart does not start a download and does not change this refund rule.

Buying the wrong format is not a fault in the file. Check the format list on the font page before you pay. A font that does not name PES, for example, may not include a Brother file.
